IBM introduced a way of shopping with augmented reality

According to Forrester Research, an application developed by IBM's research labs address the fundamental gap between the rich detail on the website, and limited information about a product while shoppers are in the store.

This application can make it easier for retailers to understand the likes and dislikes of consumers, as well as offering related products in other places, such as bananas or milk.
